Referral programme
Two loops. One level. Rewards only for results.
We would rather pay the people who bring good owners and good managers than pay for advertising. Nobody is paid for a sign-up. Owners are rewarded when referred properties stay managed; managers when a recruit proves themselves over 18 months.
Owner loop
Refer 8 owners, pay no platform fee for 3 years
- Share your code or link with NRI friends who own a flat in India.
- They sign up with it and list their property. A referral counts once that property has an active lease through the platform.
- At 8 active referred properties, the platform's share of your own fee drops to zero for 36 months.
- Your manager keeps being paid their share, funded by the platform.
- If the active count drops below 8, standard billing resumes until it recovers. The clock keeps running.
Example: on a Rs 50,000 rent the waiver is worth about Rs 3,000 a month, Rs 1,08,000 over 36 months.
Manager loop
Mentor a recruit, earn Rs 75,000 once
- Give your code to a manager you would vouch for. They enter it when they apply.
- No bounty is paid for the sign-up. None.
- The bonus is paid when your recruit is certified, manages 30+ properties, and holds 4.7+ stars for 18 consecutive months.
- You are told if they go on a performance notice, so you can step in.
The 18-month, 4.7-star gate makes mentoring, auditing and helping with hard cases the only path to the bonus.
Programme rules
What counts as a referral?
An NRI owner who signs up with your code or link and whose property then has an active lease through the platform. Each active property counts, so one owner with two rented flats counts as two.
When does the waiver start and end?
The month 8 referred properties are active, the platform's share of your fee drops to zero on your own properties for 36 months. If the count falls below 8, standard billing resumes until it recovers; the clock keeps running.
Does my manager still get paid?
Yes. Their share continues unchanged and is funded by the platform during your waiver.
Is this multi-level?
No. There is one level, no payment for recruiting, and every reward is gated on real, verified performance: active leases for owners, an 18-month rating record for managers.
Can I refer managers as an owner, or owners as a manager?
Codes are role-specific. Owners refer owners; managers refer managers. Send the other kind our way and we will do the rest.
